Gallery artist and Roswell GA resident Joan Hilliard is being honored for her artistic accomplishments and her dedication to the art communities of Roswell & Atlanta. Her accomplishments include being the first recipient of the Roswell CABY Award in the visual art category and seeing her vision of a Roswell Arts Festival come to fruition and become one of the finest festivals in Georgia.
